Brooklyn-based creative from Honolulu.

Jarin's practice is centered around brand design and building highly-customized websites from scratch. He is a Co-Founder and Designer at Shokuya, a small and passionate team working to make artisanal Japanese food accessible.

‍

He also works with a diverse portfolio of freelance clients both nationally and internationally, whom he often befriends and builds lasting relationships with. He takes on web and branding projects on a selective basis.

‍

Jarin received his Master of Design (MDes) degree in Graphic Design at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Design and teaches undergraduate courses in graphic design, interaction + web design, and design practice.

‍

His paintings, design, and publications have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions, as well as international art book fairs in Honolulu, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
