Live Aloha began in 1993 with a simple question: how do we create a culture of positive and responsible action?

We decided to agree upon a set of twelve actions that we would each take, and encourage others to take. In committing to this, we believed we could begin to create the kind of community we value. We do not have any minimum commitments. Take what you need, give what you can." - Live Aloha

As someone who grew up seeing Live Aloha everywhere in O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, this project is very special to me. We wanted to ensure that the design of the elements of this campaign remained true to the organizations recognizable mark, to honor its history. We also wanted to add a touch of contemporary flavor to breathe new life into the campaign through updates to typography and color.
